Jeanette was great. She helped my Mom sell her home of 49 years. We didn't take most of the contents with us, and Jeanette went above and beyond, helping to dispose of the furniture and decades of accumulated stuff. She gave us great advice for getting the house market-ready. She had great contacts for the things we needed to get done - roofer, painter, and flooring contractor. In the end, we got 11 offers and the house went for $110,000 over list. To be clear: this was not when the market was red-hot; this was well after most of the multiple-offer action had faded away.
